Team fee is $160. Team Captains are responsible for collecting entry fees for their team. Full payment of league fees and the completed team roster must be turned in by September 23rd or all games scheduled after that date will be forfeited. Teams may have as many players on their roster as necessary, but are limited to only 8 players by the time the league tournament begins. All players on the tournament roster must have played at least 3 matches for that team during regular season. Eligibility is limited to women 18 and older and is not currently playing on a high school or college team. Teams can play with a minimum of three and a maximum of six players on the floor. If a team does not have enough players to start the game, a forfeit will be called. Teams cannot have players from another teams roster play if they are short of players. League play is scheduled to begin Sunday, October 2nd.
Low impact group fitness class, using a combination of traditional yoga poses, mobility exercises, core training and breath work. By the end of the session, participants should notice an improvement in mobility and core strength. Students will need a yoga mat for the class; 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, water and towel are suggested.
Sarah Noah will be instructing these classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 8:00-9:00 AM.
All classes will be held at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park.

Ages 18 years of age and older may participate. Register at the Recreation Office prior to the first class, or register with Sarah the first day of class.

Open Walking Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, at the Recreation Building. For safety reasons, when there are events going on in the gym, walkers are encouraged to walk in the Little Theater. Enjoy climate-controlled walking at your own pace. Closed holidays and special events. Hours available can vary each day.
Senior-cise Class Monday-Friday mornings, 9:00 am-10:00 am, at the Recreation Building, excluding holidays and special events. Low-impact aerobics class incorporating yoga, cardio, balance and strength training.
