Boot camp will consist of a combination of weights, cardio and resistance loops. Mondays and Wednesdays will focus on upper body areas, and Tuesdays and Thursdays will focus on lower body areas. Suggested gear: light weights (5 lbs. or less), water bottle and towel. This Morning Class will be instructed by Megan Cole. Monday-Thursday mornings from 5:30-6:00 AM. All classes will be held at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park. 18 years of age and older may participate. The pool opens on Monday, May 30 at 1:00 PM. Adult swim hours begin on May 31st. Full Season Passes available for purchase at the Rec. Office May 9-July 1. Passes will not be sold at the pool. Individual Pass (Ages 6-54) $65.00; Individual Pass (Ages 55-64) $55.00; Family Pass $140.00 for 4 members, additional $20.00 per member after 4, for immediate family members only. Discount Admission Tickets available for purchase at the Rec. Office through August 5. Tickets will not be sold at the pool. 10 Tickets for $15.00. Daily Door Admission: Ages 5 & Under, Free, must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 65 & Older, Free. Open Swim, Ages 6-64, $2.00. Night Swim, Ages 6-64, $1.00. Pool Hours: Adult Swim – Mon.-Fri. 12:00-1:00 PM; Mon.-Thur. 5:30-6:30 PM. Open Swim – Sun. 1:00-6:00 PM; Mon.-Thur. 1:00-5:30 PM; Fri. & Sat. 1:00-7:00 PM. Night Swim – Mon.-Thur. 6:30-8:00 PM. Cash only, no checks or credit cards will be accepted for an admission fee.
