Low impact group fitness class, using a combination of traditional yoga poses, mobility exercises, core training and breath work. By the end of the session, participants should notice an improvement in mobility and core strength. Students will need a yoga mat for the class; 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap, water and towel are suggested.
Sarah Noah will be instructing these classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 8:00-9:00 AM.
Class Dates: May 11, 14, 18, 21, 25 & 28, June 1 & 4.
All classes will be held at the Recreation Building, 500 Park Ave., Riverside Park.
$35.00 class fee. Give it a try and join us for one class for just $5.00!
Ages 18 years of age and older may participate. Register at the Recreation Office prior to the first class, or register with Sarah the first day of class.

Open Walking Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, this time of year there are many indoor activities going on and the hours of availability vary each day, at the Recreation Building. For safety reasons, when there are events going on in the gym, walkers are encouraged to walk in the Little Theater. Enjoy climate-controlled walking at your own pace. Closed holidays and special events.
Senior-cise Class Monday-Friday mornings, 9:00 am-10:00 am, at the Recreation Building, excluding holidays and special events. Low-impact aerobics class incorporating yoga, cardio, balance and strength training.
