Entry Fee per team is $150.00. Team Captains are responsible for collecting entry fees for their team. Full payment of league fees and the completed team roster must be turned in by February 23rd or all games scheduled after that date will be forfeited.
Every participant in the league must have signed a team roster/waiver form and be on file with the Recreation Office before participating in any game under the auspices of the Co-ed Volleyball League or the City of Iola, or any other sites the games may be played.
6 players per team on the court during each game. 3 players are needed to start a game. All players must be 18 years of age and older. There needs to be an equal number of women and men or more women on the court at all times.
The league will provide the game balls for competition. League play is scheduled to begin Sunday, March 4th, 2018.

PiYo Live is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning & dynamic movement. Students may bring a yoga mat, towel, & water. Tue. Eve. beginning Feb. 27, from 6-7 pm. Session cost is $30.00.
Mon. & Thu. Morn. beginning Feb. 26, from 5:15-6:00 am. Session cost is $45.00.
Yoga - Build strength, increase flexibility & balance with focused breathing, holding yoga poses, & moving through flows. Students may bring a towel, water & a yoga mat. Mon. & Thu. afternoons beginning Feb. 26, from 12:15-12:45 pm. Session cost is $40.00.
Beginners Yoga – Learn the fundamentals of yoga, improve posture and balance, increase flexibility, overall strength, and reduce stress. Students may bring a towel, water and a yoga mat. Wed. Eve. beginning Feb. 28, from 6:30-7:30 pm. Session cost is $30.00.
