Parks & Cemeteries

The Parks and Cemetery Department is staffed with a combination of full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees. The Parks and Cemetery Department manages over 150 acres of city owned public properties. They are responsible for the maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds associated with the daily operations as well as providing clean and well maintained facilities. The city owned public amenities include 9 parks, 2 recreational trails, 2 community buildings, 2 cemeteries and various other public green space areas.
